Joined Van Pool in 2015 as a Regional Training Manager.  As the company grew, so did Roger, who developed his understanding of adult learning principles and practices enhancing his skills as an instructor to ensure the safe transportation of students.  In 2018, Roger became the Director of Safety and Training and built a safety and training team to meet the needs of a growing company.  Today, Roger continues to work with his safety and training team, as well as senior leadership, to provide the best in employee training and development for the safety of the students and passengers we transport.

Prior to joining Van Pool, Roger was a teacher and educator in both the public and private sector.
